George
An affordable hotel with all the amenities you expect, like free coffee 24/7 and a lunch buffet at Taj Mahal. Wi-Fi, pets allowed, and a seasonal outdoor pool to keep things interesting.
Plugging my nose when entering the room should be an Olympic sport. Ugh, the smell!

Stephen
An "affordable" hotel with "all the amenities", like free coffee, Wi-Fi, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Plus, I got to enjoy local events like Hot August Nights and Reno Rodeo.
There was no hot food for breakfast. Guess they wanted to keep their guests hungry for the "full-service" restaurant.

The whole experience was good. The hotel was located so close to the town center, and two very big Casinos. There were newly remodelled rooms with a balcony. Pleasant staff, provided information if needed.

During my recent stay, I found a couple of positive aspects to mention. the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient and saved me some extra cash. the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was near the convention center and other key attractions. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool, providing a nice option for relaxation and fun during my stay.
I must mention a few negative aspects that affected my experience. I encountered some issues with the room, including broken cabinets, black mold in the bathroom, and a toilet that didn't flush properly.

Amanda
It was a small hotel. The room we had included an adjoining terrace, it's own balcony and complimentary Wi-Fi. All of the staff members were patient and pleasant.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite and I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service provided. The staff was attentive and made sure that my stay was comfortable.
The lack of a microwave in the room, which would have been convenient for my work needs.
